Aug 2013 Ethan became the 82nd Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®) in the world, and OnCadence became a Registered Education Provider (REP®) with Scrum Alliance. Since then we started offering high quality professional Agile/Scrum education, consulting, and coaching services
Ethan has over 20 years of experience in Scrum/Agile as a trainer, consultant, and coach with global influence. In 2013, he became the 5th Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®) in the Greater China Region and is now the only Asian Scrum Alliance TAC (Trainer Approval Committee) member, helping develop and evaluate global Scrum Alliance CST candidates.
