In 2013, he became the 5th Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®) in the Greater China Region and is now the only Asian Scrum Alliance TAC (Trainer Approval Committee) member, helping develop and evaluate global Scrum Alliance CST candidates.
