Objective

The Certified Agile Leadership Plus (CAL^+PLUS) program offers a transformative learning experience built on the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL™), combined with a follow-up Action Learning Program. Designed for senior managers, HR leaders, and executives, CAL+ PLUS equips leaders with the mindset and tools to lead Agile transformations effectively.
